Why doesn’t my discount code work?
Subscription products are not eligible for discount codes. If your cart contains a subscription, discount codes will not apply. To use a discount code on other items, please purchase your subscription separately.
When will my subscription ship?
All subscription boxes ship by the 10th of each month.
Can I request a specific subscription date?
Yes. If you’d like your box to arrive near a particular date (birthday, holiday, special occasion), please email reachus@three-buds.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Can I gift a subscription?
Absolutely! And how thoughtful of you :)
At checkout, enter the recipient’s shipping address.
If you’d like the recipient to receive subscription‑related emails, please include their email address in the order comments.
For gifting, we recommend choosing a pre‑paid subscription so the recipient receives a set number of months with no ongoing charges.
How do I purchase a subscription for a specific number of months?
If you’d like a subscription for fewer than 6 months or on a flexible timeline, choose the auto‑renew Candle of the Month. You can cancel anytime by logging in and selecting “Manage Subscription.”
Important: Do not increase the quantity of the subscription to match the number of months you want. This will send that many boxes each month, not over the total duration.
Do you offer pre‑paid subscription options?
Yes — we offer 6‑month and 12‑month pre‑paid subscriptions.
You’ll be charged once at the time of purchase, and your boxes will ship monthly until the subscription ends. Pre‑paid subscriptions include an option to auto‑renew if you’d like to continue.
